Improvements
New MassCore Runtime
A new MassCore Runtime (RTX) comes with the V7.0SP2. See install procedure (step3 above)
Album Publishing:
The number of Output formats is now entirely defined by the user, thus allowing having several output
formats using the same audio format (e.g. you can have 2 FLAC output formats, 3 different WAV
output,...)
SRC support: For each output format, user can specify the sampling rate and wordlength in the “Add
format” dialog
Album Publishing generation only; A new option is available from the Image Format dropdown, named
“Digital Release”. Selecting such option allows better quality for the Album Publishing formats since it
avoids the eventual 44.1kHz – 16 bit downsampling intermediate step.
Filenaming and output folder settings are now global to all formats
New <SampRate> and <Wordlength> tags for filenaming
Cue file generation for Contiguous audio file is now implemented, and a additional checkbox (disabled
by default) enables UTF8 encoding of this file (CDEx generates CUE files this way, while
ExactAudioCopy uses ASCII/multibyte encoding)
“Include Pause” checkbox (enabled by default) for One File Per Track files enables CD pause free
exports
A new checkbox in the Misc settings section enables the generation of an XML which sums up the Disc
information for publishing, as required by Abeille Musique and HDTracks
DiscWrite now features Album Publishing as a Target, thus enabling the export of audio files from a
DDP folder or a PMI CD Image
Auto selection of newly Added Output format
Added ISRC and UPCEAN tags for File Naming
Note: Published files that could not be written in a specific destination folder will end up by default in
C:\User\<login name>\MyMusic
Final Check improvements:
As recommended by EBU R128. You can now display three different loudness bargraphs,
differentiated by their integration time.
“Loudness M” (For EBU mode Momentary, that is, an integration time of 400 ms)
“Loudness S” (EBU mode Short, int time 3 s).
Additional customized loudness meter, with any integration time you like (see setup page.)
All bargraphs (PPM, VU, TP and Loudness) can additionally display a HistoryGraph. This feature can
be enabled via the setup page. The History graph shows the values displayed by the bargraph,
plotted against time.
The HistoryGraphs options
Start : starts the History Graphs.
Pause : freezes the History Graph in its current state. Anything occurring while
paused won’t be taken into account by the HG.
Reset : clears the HG.
Restart : equivalent of clicking Reset, then Start.
Copy data to clipboard option: Will copy the data of the history graph to your computer’s
clipboard. The data can then be pasted into a spreadsheet (e.g. Excel-file”) Note that this will
erase any data that was previously in your clipboard.
Hint: you may find it useful to pause the HG first, before copying data to clipboard.
Loudness INT and LRA
As recommended by EBU R128. This meter displays such information about your mix
Also available in bargraphs
